| Downloading Catalogues |
| Please be aware that there are security issues in downloading files from the internet. There are hundreds of settings within virus software and internet security software as well as within browsers that will prevent you from downloading files from the internet. Be assured that failure of our catalogue to download is not as a result of anything we have done or not done. If you are having trouble downloading our catalogue the problem will be at your end. You may need to seek professional IT help from your internet service provider who will be expert in altering the settings as to enable you to download files like our catalogue. |
| For an antique auction the catalogue will be available online no later than 10am on the Friday before the auction. For a general auction the catalogue will be available online no later than 7pm on the Tuesday before the auction. In all cases the catalogue will be a PDF (Adobe Acrobat) document. To view the catalogue you will need to have a PDF reader installed on your computer or smart phone. |
| Viewing Photos |
| Photos for each antique auction will be added to the site around midweek leading up to the auction. Due to the somewhat random nature of entries arriving we simply cannot do this any faster. Where we receive interesting or high quality items we do add them to the home auction page as soon they arrive. Immediately after the catalogue is completed a much larger group of photos is added to the site along with accompanying lot numbers and descriptions for each photo. |
